A few days ago I started cataloging my vinyl collection on discogs so I can share it with others. A big surprise in doing this was discovering the hidden value of some of the records I own. For example, this special edition of the Glitch Mob’s “Drink the Sea” sometimes sells for ad much as $200! It’s been amazing to see how the popularity of the medium has grow over the last couple of decades. In general I’ve seen a resurgence in the interest of physical/analog media as daily life has become more digital.
